This year, UCOP transitioned to the Talent Acquisition Manager (TAM) system and the OP career website (https://jobs.ucop.edu/), which provides direct access to the candidate gateway. As a result, our recruiting process has improved — and there’s now seamless integration with the UCPath system.

UCOP Human Resources wants to help staff prepare, if interested, to apply for current and future roles as they become available. Join the UCOP HR Talent Acquisition team on Monday, Dec. 14, from 1-1:45 p.m. (PT), to walk through how to apply for jobs in TAM. Register now through UC Learning Center.

As a UCOP staff member, it’s important for you to apply as an internal, rather than external, applicant on the website. The simplest way to do this is through UCPath. To access the portal:

• Log in to UCPath online
• In the left menu bar, select Recruiting Workcenter
• Under Employee Self Service, select UCOP Careers

Once there, you can search for, view and apply for open positions. If you apply for a position, only you can see your application and the positions for which you’ve applied.
