Apply today for the 2021 UCOP Mentorship Program — taking place from March through September in an all-virtual format for the first time.

This is a great opportunity to learn career skills and leadership practices, navigate the UCOP culture and establish long-term professional relationships. Participants gain a supportive structure to cultivate contacts, explore challenges and enhance their effectiveness as they grow both personally and professionally.

Staff at all career levels, with six-months or more UCOP experience, are invited to participate as mentees. To apply, complete the Mentee application by Friday, Dec. 11, 2020. Priority will be given to those who have not previously participated as mentees.

More than 93% of participants rated the UCOP Mentorship Program a 4 or 5 out of 5 and more than 96% of mentees reported that their mentor helped them reach their program goals.
