Social-Emotional Learning at Work: Creating connection and belonging at UCOP
Sept. 10 and Oct. 1, 10 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Join one of UCOP’s most popular and highly rated instructors, Dr. Rachelle Rogers-Ard, for this two-part course. We’ll discuss frameworks and activities to support building connections with your peers and teams. Studies have shown that incorporating the principles of Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) at work enhances our ability to communicate and connect with a range of people in healthy ways, leading to greater employee satisfaction and retention.

Microsoft OneNote
Sept. 15, 9:30 a.m. – 12 p.m. (Register by Sept. 10)
Take your meeting organization to the next level with Microsoft OneNote. This course will review the capabilities of OneNote and how to efficiently use its features. We’ll explore time-saving techniques like searching, taking screen clippings and using templates to increase productivity.

Advanced Excel
Sept. 22 and Sept. 24, 9 a.m. – 12 p.m.
Building on the key concepts learned from the introduction and intermediate courses, this two-part class focuses on importing and exporting data, formatting numbers, working with ranges and macros, data analysis tools, summarizing data, using “what-if” data analysis and workgroup collaboration.

The Remarkable Hybrid Workplace Manager

This highly interactive workshop helps managers turn hybrid workplace challenges into opportunities for their teams.
