Join the BRC Community of Practice

In August, the Business Resource Center (BRC) recruited a number of colleagues from a variety of departments to share their ideas on how the BRC could communicate better with our clients.
From our first meeting, there was a strong call for establishing a Community of Practice (COP) pertaining to all BRC activities. In line with this good advice, we will hold our first BRC COP meeting on Tuesday, Jan. 18, at 11 a.m. (PT).
This meeting will include:
- 30 minutes: Announcements, updates and deadlines — new information that you should be aware of.
- 30 minutes: Discussion and Q&A session focused on sharing best practices and solutions from the BRC and power users among us.
Our first discussion will focus on using Concur. If you have specific Concur or travel-related questions or topics that you would like to discuss in this meeting, please send them to BRC-CAAP@ucop.edu and include BRC-COP in the email subject line. Future topics will be decided by participants and/or BRC team managers.
