Resources provided through Mail Services

Incoming mail – Mail Services provides central receiving and distribution of incoming mail and parcels from the U.S. Postal Service (USPS), FedEx, UPS, DHL, inter-office mail, etc.

Outgoing mail – Mail Services facilitates the delivery of standard USPS and inter-office outgoing mail, which must be received in the Franklin Lobby mailroom before 4:30 p.m. daily. Please note that large mailings require processing time.

Express outgoing mail – Mail Services provides outgoing expedited parcel shipment through our preferred provider, UPS. Drop boxes for UPS shipments are located in the mailroom. Contact Mail Services for appropriate forms. Other express services, such as Fed-Ex, USPS, DHL, etc., are not preferred providers, but parcels may be dropped off for processing by Mail Services. Outgoing express mail must be received in the mailroom by 4:30 p.m. each day.

Franklin-Broadway Campus pick-up and drop-off – Every floor in the Franklin-Broadway Campus (except Franklin 12) contains one location, typically in the larger copier rooms, where mail can be picked up for processing by the mailroom. Mail and packages can also be delivered directly to the mailroom in the Franklin Lobby.
