Save the date: Employee Engagement Survey town hall with EVP/COO Rachael Nava

Have you been wondering what the 2021 Employee Engagement Survey results are and how UCOP plans to address them? Join Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Rachael Nava for an upcoming town hall and find out!

Alongside Rachael, you’ll hear from colleagues from the OP Staff Assembly, UCOP Human Resources and the Office of Workplace Inclusion and Belonging. They’ll share survey results, including opportunities for improvement, where we’ve improved and concerns by employee group. You’ll also hear about action plans we’re planning to take to address them and be able to ask questions.

About the Employee Engagement Survey

The Employee Engagement Survey is a collaborative effort between the Council of UC Staff Assemblies (CUCSA) and the Systemwide Human Resources Employee Relations department to provide leaders with insight into how we can continue to provide a safe and productive work environment.
