Thursday: Attend a town hall on UCOP’s responses to the 2021 Systemwide Engagement Survey

More than 11,000 people participated in UC’s 2021 Systemwide Engagement Survey, including more than 500 UCOP staff. This Thursday, Aug. 18, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer Rachael Nava will lead a discussion of UCOP’s results and plans for addressing them.

Rachael will be joined by colleagues from the OP Staff Assembly, UCOP Human Resources and the Office of Workplace Inclusion and Belonging. They’ll share survey results, including opportunities for improvement, areas where we have made progress and concerns specific to employee groups. You’ll also hear about action plans we’re planning to take to address concerns and have an opportunity to ask questions.
