Take the UCOP Operations and ITCS Client Satisfaction Survey
UCOP Operations and IT Client Services (ITCS) will soon launch their first-ever client satisfaction survey. These departments provide UCOP with a broad range of services, and your feedback is needed to share what’s working well and what needs improvement. We plan to conduct this survey annually to measure our progress over time, so this year’s responses will establish a baseline.
On the afternoon of Tuesday, Nov. 15, you will receive an email invitation from Survey-UCOP-Operations-ITCS@ucop.edu to take the survey. The email will come from our survey partners, Tritonlytics, a consulting group at UC San Diego, and will include instructions and the survey link.
In the survey, you will be asked to evaluate the services, processes and tools you have used over the last 12 months. Your confidential responses will help us prioritize initiatives and identify opportunities for improvement.
