New class: Reflective Listening

Reflective listening is one of the keys to better communication and, ultimately, better performance in the workplace.
Why? Because people have a fundamental need to feel heard and understood. And when they do feel heard and understood, problems are more easily resolved and trust and psychological safety grow.
