On Friday, Nov. 3 at 1:05 p.m., join the Office of Workplace Inclusion and Belonging for an Equity, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Town Hall focused on Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) at UCOP!
Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging Program Manager Dennis McIver will present an overview of the history of ERGs at UCOP, including how they were developed in response to the 2020 Anti-Racism Task Force Report (PDF). Then, four current ERG leaders will participate in a roundtable discussion on their experiences in employee leadership.
