UC Travel winter closing schedule

UCLA Travel Accounting and the UC Travel Center (UCTC) will be closed for the winter break from Saturday, Dec. 23, through Tuesday, Jan. 2.
During this time, UCTC’s Concur Online Booking tool will not accept new air reservations (hotel-only and car-only bookings will continue to be accepted).
ConnexUC tools will be available, however, transactions will not be centrally reviewed or processed.
Emergency assistance is available for people who booked travel through the UC Travel Center and are traveling on UC business. You can contact the emergency support line at 310-206-2639, option 2. An after-hours service fee will apply.
