Survey deadline extended: Share your experience with UCOP Operations and ITCS by May 3
UCOP Operations and IT Client Services (ITCS) provide a broad range of services — from human resources to building operations to finance to technology support. Whether you’ve used services from one or several of these areas, we want to hear from you! We’ve extended the deadline to allow those who haven’t had an opportunity to participate yet to provide their feedback and help reach our goal.
To exceed our previous survey response rate of 34% and gain a broader perspective to inform service improvements, our goal is to collect at least 900 responses — we currently have 590.

Why should I take the survey?
Without direct input from internal clients, it’s hard for us to know what’s working well and what needs improvement. By gathering as many perspectives as possible, we’ll be able to identify patterns and trends.
How will my feedback be used?
Your confidential responses will help us prioritize initiatives and identify opportunities for improving our service, quality and processes.
Will you measure progress?
Yes! We are administering this survey in partnership with Tritonlytics, a survey consulting group at UC San Diego. This survey will be conducted annually — enabling us to measure our current findings against the benchmarks previously established in our inaugural 2022 survey and allow ongoing assessment of our progress over time.
How is the survey structured?
You will be asked to evaluate the services, processes and tools you have used in the last 12 months. Each survey section should take less than 2-3 minutes to rate.
