The TDS PMO and Eric Person, project owner, send a huge Shout-Out to Gergana Tsvetkova for her exceptional work on the San Diego SuperComputer (SDSC) Exit Project.

Since the start of the year, she’s been guiding us through the successful migration of nearly 75% of the SDSC servers to AWS. Her ability to navigate the inevitable hiccups with skill, negotiate challenges and keep the team on track is so impressive. We really appreciate her direct communication, organized follow-ups and how collaborative she’s been throughout the project. Thank you Gergana!”

100% agree with this. She also has the foresight for potential risks and diligently plans ahead of time, mitigations for those potential risks – a must have skill for any project manager – she has mastered this. This project has had some very aggressive timelines, security and support impacts, I’m not sure where we’d be without her guidance – she has been super detailed on tracking all of those things carefully. We appreciate her so much on this SDSC Exit project!!!

Absolutely agree! Gergana was great to work with and really kept everyone on task and informed. She helped facilitate reaching out to other teams when we didn’t know who we should be talking to for information. It was amazing how she managed to keep all of the projects running smoothly within the overall project. Gergana is a great PM for any project!!
