As of Oct. 1, 2024, the G-28 policy on meal and incidental expenses has been updated, increasing the daily cap for continental United States (CONUS) travel under 30 days.

The maximum daily reimbursement is now $92 (previously $79), based on the highest per diem rate for all UC locations set by the U.S. General Services Administration for fiscal year 2025.
