The Administrative Officers Group is a supportive community for UCOP staff in administrative roles who are eager to connect, share knowledge and collaborate. Our goal is to build a strong network where we can exchange insights, troubleshoot challenges, and discover new resources together.

We meet bi-monthly in a hybrid format, offering both in-person and virtual options to ensure accessibility for all. These gatherings provide a space to share best practices, discuss updates, problem-solve as a team, and support one another in our roles. This is a great opportunity to meet others in similar roles and learn from each other within our UCOP AO community. Whether you’re looking to expand your network, learn new skills, or connect with colleagues who understand the unique challenges of administrative work, this group is for you!

Our inaugural meeting was held on November 5, 2024, and we’re excited to continue building momentum!

Our next meeting — the third in our series — will take place March 19, from 1:30 to 3 p.m. in Franklin Lobby 1. A Zoom option is available for remote participants.
