Travel Talk Tuesday covers new Concur request quick tips

Travel Talk Tuesdays — your opportunity to learn more about business travel expenses from UCOP pros — are back!
The Business Resource Center (BRC) Travel and Entertainment team is kicking things off with a review of newly added “Quick Help” tips and tools, which provide better guidance when creating Pre-Travel Requests in Concur that can assist in avoiding returned requests.
You’ll find these helpful tips and tools in the header, expense entry line and as alerts; for example, if you miscategorize an expense, the system might provide an alert prompting you to choose the appropriate category. Finally, a pop-up will confirm your understanding of UC’s Travel Policy (G-28) and Entertainment Business Policy (BUS–79) before submitting your form.
