Today: Attend an Oakland book launch on inclusivity in higher ed
On Tuesday, July 15, from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. (PT), all UCOP staff are invited to join Graduate, Undergraduate and Equity Affairs (GUEA) for an exclusive interview and panel discussion with the editors of “Cultivating Equitable and Inclusive Conversations in Higher Education.”

Contributors to the anthology “Cultivating Equitable and Inclusive Conversations in Higher Education,” will host an exclusive launch and panel at UCOP in Oakland.
Contributors to the anthology will share:
- Strategies for fostering authentic dialogue, inclusive pedagogy and structural equity within higher education institutions
- Insights into the editors’ vision for creating this anthology
- UC’s institutional efforts around cultivating equitable and inclusive conversations
Light refreshments will be served, and all attendees will be entered to win an electronic copy of the book!
