Strategy and Program Management Office releases FY2024-2025 annual update

The UCOP Strategy and Program Management Office (SPMO) has published its annual update for fiscal year 2024–25, showcasing the team’s accomplishments over the past year and offering a look at what’s ahead.
Report highlights
- By the numbers: Over the course of FY2024-2025, the SPMO delivered $2.48M in value to UCOP clients across 48 projects, serving nine divisions
- Strategic impact: A summary of the team’s far-reaching and impactful projects includes delivering departmental strategic plans, leading initiatives concerning critical systemwide issues, and creating innovative operating delivery models
- Value proposition and capabilities: A detailed overview of the SPMO’s value proposition and capabilities, including client case studies and team bios, emphasizing the team’s expertise and value
- ICC launch: Celebrating the first year of the UC Internal Consulting Community—a systemwide forum for collaboration and sharing best practices
