Reminder: Take your 2025 floating flex-week before the end of the year
If you haven’t done so already, you have the option to take a floating flex-week in 2025.
For most UCOP hybrid employees: Have you used your floating flex-week this year? As a reminder, if you have a hybrid work arrangement, you get one week of your choice each calendar year when you can work from anywhere in the U.S. (all 50 states and the District of Columbia). Just make sure to check with your supervisor about timing and confirm it works with your job responsibilities and any required on-site work.
For UCPath and RASC staff: We appreciate the specialized work you do to support UC employees, retirees and family members. Because of your teams’ unique scheduling demands, UCPath and RASC staff will share a designated remote flex-week, instead of having a floating flex-week of your choice. This year and going forward, you’ll have Labor Day week (September 2-5, 2025) as your shared remote flex-week.
