As of Sept. 1, 2025, UC has updated its entertainment and meal allowance rates. The new rates are as follows:

• Breakfast: $34
• Lunch: $59
• Dinner: $103
• Light Refreshments: $24

These amounts include the cost of food and beverage, labor, sales tax, service and delivery; they do not include room rental or set-up fees, media rental or decorations.

Please note that the Meals & Incidental Expenses (M&IE) limit for an employee on travel status is currently $92 per day.
