UCOP Operational Excellence CoP to feature local procurement
On Oct. 16, from 11:10 a.m. – 12 p.m., all UCOP staff are invited to join Operational Excellence Community of Practice members for their next event, “Gain Skills to Spot and Stop Waste: Lessons from Local Procurement.”
Attendees will learn how to identify and eliminate the eight wastes of Lean Six Sigma — a process improvement approach that uses a collaborative team effort to improve performance by systematically removing operational waste — using UCOP Procurement’s successful project as a real-life case study.
You’ll walk away with simple tools to streamline work and focus on what truly adds value.
