Mark your calendar: The annual UCOP Winter Craft Fair will take place on Wednesday, Dec. 2, 2025, from 9 a.m.–2 p.m. in the Oakland Franklin Lobby Foyer. This is a fabulous opportunity to complete your holiday shopping with one-of-a-kind, unique gifts handmade by colleagues. This year’s vendors will include art, jewelry, décor, delicious treats and other fun gift ideas. Whether you’re shopping for family and friends — or for yourself — you won’t want to miss it!

Are you crafty? Do you knit, crochet, paint, sew, decoupage, create jewelry or make other handcrafted items? If so, consider joining us as a vendor. Whether you’re new or an experienced seller, your colleagues will be excited to see and support your work — and you can’t beat the location!

To participate, complete the online application by Nov. 14. You must attach photos of the crafted items you plan to sell. The vendor registration fee is $40, and you keep 100% of your sales.

All vendors must:

  • Be a UCOP employee or retiree

  • Sell handcrafted items — preferably made by the person selling them

  • Agree not to sell mass-produced or imported items

If your application is approved, you’ll receive additional details, including payment information, table setup, and on-site logistics.
