This Wednesday at 11 a.m. (PT), join a live, interactive webinar led by a certified Zoom trainer to learn how to use Zoom AI Companion — the built-in AI assistant available at no additional cost in the UCOP Zoom environment. Learn practical, real-world ways to use Zoom AI Companion to streamline meetings, capture key information and stay focused on high-value work. Help build a community around AI

The new UCOP AI Community of Practice (CoP) will bring together employees who are curious about AI and want to explore it thoughtfully. The group aims to create a shared understanding of AI concepts, opportunities and risks from a non-technical perspective. This will include exploring learning and training needs related to AI literacy, tools and applications, discussing impactful use cases, informing AI-related investment priorities and fostering collaboration and innovation across divisions.
