The UCOP Business Resource Center Travel and Entertainment team is excited to announce recent updates to the Concur BCD travel booking tool.

Join the team at the next Travel Talk Tuesday, taking place Tuesday, Oct. 27, from 10 to 10:30 a.m. (PT), for a live walkthrough of the new guest booking feature, which allows authorized users to create and complete bookings as a guest’s arranger in the BCD Travel booking tool.

We’ll cover:

• Guest profile creation: How travel arrangers can create profiles for guest travelers (non-UCOP employees).
• New navigation flow: A look at the new “Create Guest Profile” page where you will enter guest details.
• Visual confirmation: How the traveler’s name appears throughout the interface to ensure you are booking for the correct individual.
• Modified booking flow: How this process compares to legacy Concur Travel.
