PACSW and OPSA help colleagues understand promotions at UCOP
The President’s Advisory Committee on the Status of Women (PACSW) and the OP Staff Assembly (OPSA) are pleased to share the publication of a one-page fact sheet (PDF) that seeks to demystify the promotion process at UCOP.
This fact sheet is the first in a series of initiatives that seek to inform UCOP employees about the UCOP promotion process. In January, JJ Lerma from Human Resources Compensation will walk through the process in more detail, offering time for staff questions. This event will be followed by a panel discussion in February with UCOP staff members who have navigated the promotion process and can share their first-hand experiences.
