Are you crafty? Do you knit, crochet, paint, sew, decoupage, create jewelry or make other handcrafted items? If so, consider selling them in the Franklin Foyer at the annual UCOP Winter Craft Fair, scheduled for Wednesday, Dec. 2, 2025, from 9 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Never sold before? No worries! The UCOP Winter Craft Fair is the perfect place to show your handmade items for the first time. Whether you’re new or an experienced seller, your colleagues will be excited to see and support your work, and the location is convenient.

How to be a vendor

We are actively recruiting new and seasoned sellers. If you want to participate, please complete the online application by the Nov. 1 deadline. You must attach photos of the crafted items you plan to sell.

The vendor registration fee is $40. You keep 100% of the proceeds from your sales.

All vendors must meet the following guidelines:

• Only UCOP employees and UCOP retirees can participate.
• All items must be handcrafted — preferably by the person selling them.
• No mass-produced or imported items are allowed.

If your application is approved, you will receive additional information, including the non-refundable payment link, table setup and on-site logistics.
