Remember, employees can now sign up to attend the Bagels with Mark program. The program is held about twice a month, and is an opportunity for small groups of employees to get to know the president better and candidly discuss issues and concerns.

The new sign up process fills up to half the spots for each meeting, and will be on a first come, first served basis. (The other half of attendees will continue to be selected at random.)  Those who have already attended a session are asked to not sign up at this time.  And please only sign up once – multiple requests won’t increase your chance of attending.

How to sign up.
To sign up for a future Bagels with Mark session, please send an email from your “ucop.edu” mailbox to Bagels@ucop.edu. Your email should include your:

• Full name
• Title
• Department name
• Work location
• Work email address

Ten to fifteen people will be selected from the sign up list to join the each session. Those employees will receive an invitation from President Yudof specifying the date and time of the program. For future sessions we’ll continue down the list until all employees who have signed up have participated. Once we get through the list, we’ll initiate the sign up process again.
