Get your Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certificate this week
You are invited to register for Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt Certification on Jan. 22 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. (PT). This certification is offered to all UCOP staff at no charge, and will be held in person in Oakland. This dynamic, interactive program is designed specifically for UCOP staff and includes tailored examples relevant to staff experience. Through a hands-on group simulation, you’ll explore essential process-improvement concepts and methodologies that can be directly applied to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in your daily work.

- Complete an immersive learning experience using the Define-Measure-Analyze-Improve-Control (DMAIC) model.
