Help APISA celebrate AANHPI Heritage Month with a pan-Asian rice tasting

May is Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month (AANHPI), and the UCOP Asian American Pacific Islander Staff Association (APISA) is commemorating the occasion in Oakland with a special event: Rice Is Life.
Join APISA members on Wednesday, May 13, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., to celebrate rice, an essential ingredient in Asian life, with a unique tasting experience featuring rice dishes from across Asia.
Explore a rich diversity of flavors, traditions and cultures — all centered around one humble grain.
