For the sixth year in a row, the UC Central Travel Office is hosting its Supplier Spotlight Series — virtual events featuring high-profile vendors who support UC travelers, including airlines, hotel groups and car rentals.

These events consistently maintain an attendee satisfaction rating of over 84%. You’ll also have an opportunity to win prizes from our travel partners! Southwest Airlines
September 17, 11 a.m.
Learn about the Southwest Airlines benefits exclusive to UC travelers, including discounted fares, Rapid Reward bonus points and accelerated loyalty status opportunities. Participants will be entered to win one of several giveaways, including two free Southwest Airlines tickets and 10K Rapid Reward points for four travelers. Attendance is required for eligibility, and six winners will be randomly selected during the session.

Singapore Airlines
September 18, 11:30 a.m.
Learn how travelers benefit from UC’s contract with Singapore Airlines and what to expect when flying, including information on premium economy, popular and upcoming new markets, and the top UC destinations. Participants will be entered to win a Singapore SWAG bag that includes a model airplane. Attendance is required for eligibility, and a winner will be randomly selected during the session.

September 24, 11 a.m.
We’ll clarify the UC contract and provide updates on new partnerships, cities and fleet upgrades. Participants will be entered to win 10K AAdvantage points (for three winners) and 20K AAdvantage points (for one winner). Attendance is required for eligibility, and four winners will be randomly selected during the session.

Hertz
October 1, 11 a.m.
Find out about the benefits of UC contracts for Hertz business and leisure travel, details on its Gold+ membership rewards program and its commitment to sustainability. Participants will be entered to win one of four Gold Club status match upgrades from their current tier, up to and including President’s Circle (winners will go up one level from their current level). Explore what’s included in UC’s contracted rate for business rentals and how renting a car can be more beneficial than using your own vehicle and getting reimbursed for mileage. Participants will be entered to win one of two $25 Amazon gift certificates. Attendance is required for eligibility, and winners will be randomly selected during the session.

Alaska Airlines
October 22, 11 a.m.
Learn about Alaska’s continued growth, as well as exclusive benefits for travelers who book within the UC contract, including complimentary upgrades, preferred seating and priority boarding. Participants will be entered to win one of several giveaways, three status match upgrades from their current tier — up to and including MVP Gold. Attendance is required for eligibility, and winners will be randomly selected during the session.

United Airlines & Lufthansa Airlines
October 29, 11 a.m.
Find out what benefits are available to travelers under the UC contract and learn about ongoing changes at their airlines. Participants will be entered to win one of several giveaways, including two United Airlines tickets for travel anywhere within the U.S., two United Annual Lounge Passes and a one-time Lounge Pass or one model airplane from Lufthansa. Attendance is required for eligibility. Five winners will be randomly selected during the session.
