Today: Learn more about how Weight Watchers can work for you
Are you thinking about losing weight — or just establishing some healthier eating habits? If so, check out Weight Watchers, which is planning another session beginning this month, right here at UCOP’s Franklin building.
Discover how Weight Watchers can work for you at an open house today, Tuesday, Sept. 16, 12 to 1 p.m. in 10325 Franklin. You can learn more about their new program, Simple Start, which allows new members to get started losing weight and on the path to long-term success in just two weeks.
The next UCOP Weight Watchers program is scheduled to begin Sept. 23 and run 12 or 17 weeks, depending on the number of participants. Meetings take place Tuesdays over the lunch hour. Series cost, which ranges from $156 to $186, includes weekly meetings, e-tools for online tracking, advice and recipes.
(Check the Link calendar for details, as location may change from week to week. There will be no meeting on Nov. 11, due to the Veteran’s Day holiday.)
Spread the word to your friends and colleagues! Just show up on Tuesday, or contact Jeannie Malanowski at Jeannie.Malanowski@ucop.edu with questions.
