UCOP HR Benefits will present its final brown bag on 2016 Open Enrollment on Wednesday, Nov. 18, from noon to 1 p.m. Benefits staff will be on hand in Franklin 12322 to answer your questions. (Please note: This is a different location than previously announced.)

If you haven’t yet reviewed your options for the coming year, be sure to check the 2016 Open Enrollment website. Remember, Open Enrollment ends at 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 24.

Open Enrollment highlights for 2016:

• All UC’s current medical plans will be available in 2016. If you’re thinking of changing medical plans, view the Medical Plan Comparison video or use the Medical Plan Chooser to help find the plan that suits you.

• Enroll or re-enroll in a Flexible Spending Account for 2016. Learn about the Health FSA and its carryover feature and the Dependent Care FSA here.

• The ARAG Legal Plan is open for enrollment. The plan is very affordable, with a monthly cost of $10 to $15, depending on the eligible family members you choose to cover. Details here.

• Explore the Open Enrollment website to get all the information on your benefits plans.

As previously announced, this year’s Open Enrollment process for UCOP will be different. Instead of using At Your Service Online, you will complete a form and submit it electronically to the UCPath Center.
