The Young Professional Association (YPA) is now the OP Professional Community (OPPC)

UCOP’s Young Professional Association (YPA) affinity group has changed its name to the Office of the President, Professional Community (OPPC). This name change reflects both a renewed focus on building community for UCOP professionals and a new goal of engaging all staff in activities and events.
To promote greater community awareness and participation by UCOP staff, OPPC will cross-collaborate with existing UCOP affinity groups, establish and maintain community relationships with the city of Oakland, and perform other outreach activities in the Bay Area. OPPC will continue to host community gatherings to foster strong communication and connections among UCOP employees.
