Final update on UCOP’s performance-based merit process for 2016-17
Thank you for your partnership in this year’s performance-based merit process at UCOP. Merit increases to be awarded have been finalized.
For UCOP employees who are paid monthly, merit increases will be retroactive to July 1, 2017. The retroactive pay will be included in the Sept. 29, 2017 paycheck.
For UCOP employees who are paid biweekly, merit increases will be retroactive to June 18, 2017. The retroactive pay will be included in the Sept. 20, 2017 paycheck.
Prior to the pay date, employees will be notified about their merit increase by an individual letter.
Note: Represented employees do not participate in the merit program because their compensation and benefits are governed by their union contract.
