National Cyber Security Awareness Month (NCSAM) has concluded. Throughout October, you saw posters, slides and videos about cyber security displayed in UCOP buildings. Many of you attended the in-person forum on human trafficking and security for personal Apple devices. Nearly 600 webcam covers and 500 other items such as pop sockets were given away to OP staff at various events this month, along with informational materials to help keep us all cyber-safe.

Now it’s time to see what you’ve learned: Take the cyber security quiz and enter the drawing!

The online quiz will be open from Tuesday, Oct. 30, through Friday, Nov. 9. Quiz questions are based on information from UCOP’s NCSAM awareness materials. (Hint: You can find these on UCOP’s NCSAM webpage). Everyone with an @ucop.edu email address who completes the online quiz will automatically be entered in a drawing for small prizes.

Winners will be selected by random drawing and notified the week of Nov. 12.
