More conference rooms are available in Oakland

If you’ve struggled to find meeting space, UCOP Building and Administrative Services (BASC) has some great news. A number of conference rooms that were previously restricted to specific departments are now available for all employees. Starting today, the following rooms can be reserved via Outlook:

* Due to high demand, these rooms will appear as ‘tentative’ until final approval is granted. 

The new building in downtown Oakland will eventually increase the availability of work and meeting space for UCOP employees, including a large conference center capable of hosting meetings between 20 and 250 people. Learn more about the transition to the new building.
