A new class from UCOP Learning and Development will give attendees a deep understanding of the systems that enable, support and even create toxic leadership — and how to counter it.
You’ll review scientific research around toxic leadership and explore real-world situations where toxic leadership had a chilling effect. You’ll find out how people become vulnerable to supporting toxic leaders. And, you’ll learn to analyze any toxic leader situation as a system using the Toxic Triangle framework. Walk away with tips for making progress when you encounter toxic leadership in your life.
