Build your resilience
Building resilience is an important skill for managing both big and small stresses in life.
Resilience increases our ability to “respond” rather than to simply “react” to unexpected events and setbacks — while also mitigating the impact these events can have on our mind, body and productivity.
Build your resilience skills at Resilience: Navigating the Unexpected with Grace. This live in-person workshop led by Adrienne Harrell, learning and talent development manager, UC Santa Cruz, will explore what it means to be resilient and why resilience is an important skill and competency to nurture and develop, in yourself and in others.
People managers will practice specific tools and approaches for building resilience in their professional and personal lives, including how to support and inspire their teams and colleagues to cultivate a culture of resilience in the workplace.
