IT Client Services has identified JAMF as the best system to centrally manage our Mac devices. We have completed the development and this self-service portal is ready to go live.

This new service will allow users to add/remove UCOP network printers, as well as install pre-approved apps, without having to contact the IT Service Desk.

JAMF will also have the ability to automatically install UCOP software and security updates, saving time for the user.

IT Client Services will deploy this new service to users in late July. Eligible users will receive an email with instructions on how to enroll.
