Friday Meet-Up: Learn to navigate uncertainty and cultivate a successful path through transitions
UCOP’s Culture and Connectivity Initiative has partnered with the Learning and Development team to bring you resources and live learning opportunities to assist you in being successful during these ever-changing times.
This Friday, Aug. 7, please join us for the next episode of the Friday Meet-Up series: Navigating uncertainty: Cultivating a successful way through transitions. You’ll learn:
- Tools for managing and balancing multiple priorities while telecommuting
- Tips for navigating the COVID-19 work environment
- How to help friends or loved ones who are struggling with job security
Dr. Paula Trejo-Phillips, Psy.D., a counselor for the UCOP and UCSF Faculty and Staff Assistance Programs will lead this workshop. Paula’s specialty areas include post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety, depression, multiculturalism, coping with chronic medical illness and end-of-life issues.
