The UCOP Mentorship Program is a volunteer program that pairs experienced leaders and professionals across departments at the Office of the President with career, represented and contract staff who seek to develop themselves professionally. It allows staff to share and learn career skills and leadership practices, guide and navigate the UCOP culture, and establish long-term professional relationships.

Usually, our program is in full swing at this time of year, but due to COVID-19, we have delayed its launch to focus on supporting remote work and to envision how the program might continue virtually. Now, we are seeking input from staff to determine whether and how a virtual mentorship program might support you during this time.
