UCOP Learning and Development looks forward to once again offering Trust and Psychological Safety in the Workplace, led by UCOP Systemwide Director of Leadership and Organization Development Lisa Terry — a knowledgeable and popular facilitator.
Research continues to demonstrate that trust and psychological safety are critical to creating an inclusive, high-performing work environment. In this interactive workshop, participants will:
- Learn about and discuss the concepts of trust and psychological safety
- Learn how to measure trust and psychological safety
- Develop action steps to build increased levels of trust and psychological safety in the workplace

About Lisa Terry
Lisa is systemwide director of leadership and organization development at UCOP. She is an exceptional systems thinker with 20 years of experience in academic, administrative, and health care environments, applying action research methodologies, training and development, and change management. Lisa stresses the interdependencies between the people, structure, processes and technology to galvanize organizations, and has a proven track record for creating environments in which organizations achieve their strategic goals and employees effectively contribute to organizational success.
