The Office of Sustainability sends a Shout-Out to Senior Event Planner Barbara Heilmann for her leadership in executing four systemwide sustainability events last week.
Sustainability Initiatives Program Manager says, “Barbara filled in at the last minute for our stellar events planner who was out of office, taking on these four events on top of a full slate. Despite joining at a late juncture, she provided clarity during event planning, guided our team in response to unexpected challenges and ultimately empowered us to pull off a series of excellent events. Our event partners are incredible, and we appreciate Barbara stepping in to help when needed.”

Here, here! Always the superstar, Barbara deserves the highest praise for consistently doing amazing work so elegantly and quietly without fanfare. Whether pinch hitting, managing the OP office relocation, holding things together (in-person!!) through COVID or generally being an awesome person, mom and wife to her family, we have no idea how much we need and depend on her. Thank you, Barbara, for being the glue and sunshine that literally holds everything together!!
