Participate in a leadership development focus group
Help shape the future of our leadership development offerings! L&D is exploring the support and growth needs of aspiring, new, mid-level and senior leaders across UCOP. Our goal is to design programming and cohorts that are aligned with our organizational strategy, uplift our core values and create opportunities for continuous learning.
Whether you’re an individual contributor, mid-level manager or senior leader, we need your perspective to help design valuable and relevant content. Complete this interest form if you’d like to participate in a focus group of peers. Applications are accepted through Friday, Oct. 27.
L&D will review entries and compile groups that best represent the various demographics of UCOP staff. If you are selected to participate, you will be contacted directly.
For questions, contact Catherine Burns.
