The authors of California Crackup will talk about the roots of California's dysfunctional government and their ideas for change during a 12 p.m. brown bag session on Oct. 15 in the old Credit Union.
The co-authors of California Crackup will talk about ideas for improving California's dysfunctional government. Nathan Brostrom, EVP for business operations, personally invited Paul and Mathews to speak to UCOP staff at this October 15 brown-bag, scheduled for 12 p.m. in the old Credit Union space in the Franklin Building.

On October 21, UCOP will be joining over 6.6 million Californians in the largest earthquake drill ever – “The Great California ShakeOut.” At 10:21 a.m., the floor wardens or the PA system at UCOP-occupied buildings will announce an “Earthquake Drill.” All UCOP employees will be requested to participate and practice “Drop, Cover, and Hold On” for 60 seconds.
