
21 Practices for Happiness and Accomplishment at Work
Tuesday, March 18, 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
This workshop is designed to help participants develop and practice mindfulness, emotional intelligence, growth mindset, and productivity skills that are crucial in today’s workplace. Participants focus on behavioral changes and initiative-taking, while at the same time paying attention to self-care, stress reduction, fostering enjoyment, and self-fulfillment.
