Blood drive Dec. 11 is your chance to give something that means something
This holiday season, the American Red Cross asks you to give something that means something. Give a gift that can help save a life.
Giving blood is easy when the bloodmobile comes to UCOP. You can help those in medical need by scheduling an appointment to donate blood tomorrow, Wednesday, Dec. 11, from 8:15 a.m. to 3 p.m. There are still openings available at 9:45 a.m., 11 a.m., 1 p.m., 1:15 p.m. and 1:45 p.m. Contact Jan Kehoe to make your appointment at (510) 987-9692 or Jan.Kehoe@ucop.edu.
The American Red Cross Bloodmobile will be located on 11th St., between Franklin and Webster Streets, in front of the East Bay Municipal Utility District (EBMUD) building. It’s just a half-block away from the Franklin building.
Go to the American Red Cross website to learn more about the donation process.
