Staff Engagement Initiative updates continue on Monday, March 24

Members of the Staff Engagement Initiative Steering Team (with EVP Nathan Brostrom) will report on their responses to the work group recommendations beginning this week. The Staff Engagement Initiative is holding two additional brown bags to update the UCOP community on progress being made on the recommendations of the work groups.
Remaining sessions will be held from 12 to 1 p.m. in 5320 Franklin as follows:
- Monday, March 24: Performance Management
- Wednesday, April 2: Communications
Representatives from Local UCOP Human Resources and Communications will discuss their ideas in response to the recommendations in those areas by the three Staff Engagement Work Groups. There will be time for questions and discussion at all the brown bag sessions.
