Whistleblower policy comment period open

UC is proposing extensive revisions to its Whistleblower Protection Policy, and employees can provide comments by Jan. 30.
The revisions are intended to improve the administration of the policy and ensure that complaints alleging whistleblower retaliation are processed more expeditiously. The revisions are also designed to make it easier for complainants to understand the process. The proposed changes clearly outline what complainants need to include when filing a complaint under the policy and describe what happens at each step of the process.
