Orient yourself to the Optum wellness website and earn a $75 gift card

Learn how the Optum wellness website can help you take better care of your health in 2015 and earn you a $75 Visa gift card in the process!
The Optum program, which is part of UC Living Well, includes a total health profile, tools and wellness coaching. Participation in many activities earns points toward the wellness incentive award.
Three 30-minute webinars are available this week, beginning today, to orient you to the website and learn how you can earn the gift card incentive. Just enroll in one of these free webinars:
- Tuesday, Jan. 20, 12 to 12:30 p.m., meeting 318 301 934
- Wednesday, Jan. 21, 7 to 7:30 a.m., meeting 648 144 649
- Thursday, Jan. 22, 3 to 3:30 p.m., meeting 646 896 930
Click the link for the event you wish to attend and enter your first and last name and e-mail address; then click Register Now. You will receive a confirmation email that will include a link to access the webinar on the day of the event.
Keep your confirmation email and, on the day of the event, use the link provided and click Join Now; you’ll see a popup box with the conference call information. If you don’t have Internet access that day, dial 1-763-957-6300 for an audio-only presentation.
Employees and retirees enrolled in UC-sponsored group medical plans are welcome to participate and earn the incentive. (Check the list of eligible unions, as some union members may not be eligible for the incentive.)
